Frequently Asked Questions

What assistance does we provide?

We help eligible customers following a vehicle accident by coordinating accident management services and arranging an appropriate replacement vehicle where applicable.

Depending on your circumstances, our team may assist with vehicle recovery, damage assessment, replacement vehicle arrangements and repair coordination

Our accident management service may be provided without an upfront service fee for eligible customers. Costs associated with the replacement vehicle and other services are subject to your individual circumstances, agreements and the recovery process.

Our team will explain the applicable arrangements before proceeding.

The easiest way is to complete our eligibility enquiry online or speak with our team.

We’ll ask you a few questions about the accident and your vehicle to determine whether you may qualify.

This may include:

  • Driver’s licence details
  • Vehicle registration
  • Insurance information
  • Contact details
  • Accident location and circumstances
  • Witness information, where available

Where there are injuries or immediate safety risks, prioritise contacting emergency services before anything else.
